Terms of Service

Certain Sankopress services require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You must provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to protect your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances demonstrably outside your control.
• You must promptly notify Sankopress if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Authors and publishers who submit content to Sankopress are responsible for the material they upload, submit, publish, or otherwise make available through the platform.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and distribute the submitted material in the manner for which it is provided to Sankopress.

You must not knowingly submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other lawful rights.

Unless otherwise stated, Sankopress and its licensors retain rights in the platform, website design, software, branding, logos, interfaces, and other materials provided by Sankopress.

Authors and other content owners generally retain their ownership rights in content they lawfully submit to Sankopress. However, by submitting content for a particular Sankopress service, you grant Sankopress the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce, distribute, display, market, or otherwise provide that service as applicable to the content and service selected.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer ownership of an author's underlying copyright merely because the work is submitted to the platform.

Prices for products and services are displayed through the relevant Sankopress purchasing or service interface. You agree to provide accurate information required to complete a transaction.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By initiating a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its applicable terms and procedures.

Sankopress does not require customers to send payment card numbers, PINs, CVVs, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to our support team.

Refund requests are governed by the Sankopress Refund Policy.

Digital products may be made available through electronic delivery, online access, download, or another method supported by the platform.

Access to a digital product may be subject to technical requirements, account status, or other conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Customers must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or otherwise exploit a purchased publication beyond the rights granted by the applicable copyright owner or license.

Sankopress may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or access to particular services where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law.

Where appropriate, Sankopress may also take action to protect users, authors, customers, payment systems, intellectual property, or the security and integrity of the platform.

Termination or suspension does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after the account or service ends.
